OEM and private-label workwear manufacturing
Liberty Edge Industries is a workwear and apparel manufacturer based in Sialkot, Pakistan. We work with brands, distributors and uniform businesses developing products around their own designs, customers and market requirements. Our role is to translate a clear product brief into an approved specification, sample and production plan.
Our workwear development scope includes work shirts, polos, T-shirts, utility trousers, cargo trousers, work jeans, coveralls, bib overalls, jackets, vests and reflective garment designs. Collections can be built around a shared colour palette, consistent sizing and coordinated finishing so that individual pieces work together as a complete uniform range.
From fabric selection to approved samples
Every project starts with the garment requirements: intended use, preferred fabric, weight, fit, construction, pocket layout, quantities and delivery destination. We review your tech pack, sketches or reference photographs before preparing the sample and bulk quotation. Pattern development, material selection and sample review help turn the design into a specification that can guide production.
During sampling, the details can be refined around your own collection. That may include collar shape, sleeve length, cargo pockets, reinforced areas, reflective tape positioning, trims or garment finishing. For protective workwear, the target performance requirements and any necessary finished-product testing are agreed as part of the development brief.
Branding, finishing and coordinated ranges
Private-label development can include woven labels, size labels, care labels, embroidery, printed artwork and packaging. These details are selected for the garment fabric and your preferred presentation. We can also review washing, dyeing and other finishing requirements where they are suitable for the design.
Whether you are adding one new work shirt or planning a coordinated range of tops, trousers and outerwear, the objective is the same: a product that reflects your brand and an approved specification your team understands. Our standard apparel MOQ is 30 pieces per style, with project-specific requirements confirmed in the quotation.
Quality control and international supply
Production follows the approved sample, measurement chart and agreed construction details. Quality checks cover the requirements defined for the order, including fit measurements, seams, decoration, finishing and packing. Buyers can share their own inspection criteria so these can be reviewed before production begins.
We support export enquiries from the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and other international markets. Shipping cost and estimated transit time depend on the completed order, shipping method and exact destination.
